Discreet Packaging

The doll will be packaged in a tight, sturdy, and moisture-resistant box, with no information indicating that it is a doll. Please note that customs officers may open your doll box for inspection and determine the import duties for international customers.

Free Shipping

We offer free and discreet shipping services primarily to North America and Europe. However, due to import laws, regulations, and certain restrictions, we do not ship to the following destinations: Islamic countries, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Africa, or Brazil.

Prohibited Countries

We do not ship to the following countries: Albania, Algeria, Afghanistan, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Oman, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Palestine, Pakistan, Bahrain, Benin, Burkina Faso, Gambia, Djibouti, Kyrgyzstan, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Gabon, Cameroon, Qatar, Comoros, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Maldives, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritania, Bangladesh, Morocco, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Senegal, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Somalia, Tunisia, Turkey, Brunei, Uganda, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Indonesia, Jordan, Chad, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Suriname, Ivory Coast, Guyana, Tajikistan, and Togo.

Customs Duties

For packages shipped to North America and certain EU countries, customs duties are usually included in the shipping fees. Therefore, in most cases, you do not need to pay additional customs duties.

For packages shipped to Mexico, Canada, or other European countries outside the EU, customers are generally required to handle customs clearance and pay taxes independently.

Rest assured, we will make every effort to help you minimize customs duties and assist you with customs clearance to receive your package as soon as possible.

Shipping and Delivery Time

For custom dolls, it typically takes 30-35 business days to arrive in the US and 40-45 business days to arrive in European countries. Shipping time is calculated from the day you confirm the doll factory photos with our customer service.

Additionally, for custom dolls, we offer an expedited air shipping option from China. It usually takes 8-15 business days to ship to the US and 10-15 business days to ship to European countries (excluding customs clearance time). Please note that express shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

For in-stock dolls, it typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive, except in special circumstances.

Before sending out the package, we will take photos to confirm the product's integrity and accuracy with the customer. We will only ship after receiving customer approval. A tracking number will be provided within 1-2 business days after approval.

Our goal is to ship all products as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy your new doll. However, please note that even if your doll is pre-configured, it will still take some time to complete your order.

Order Tracking

After shipping, we will send you a tracking number via email. To do this, you must provide us with accurate contact information.

Inspect and Accept Your Package

If your package arrives damaged, we recommend inspecting each item. Even if the box looks fine from the outside, it is advisable to open each unit for inspection. If necessary, take photos or videos as evidence. This should be done in front of the delivery person, as it will be too late once they leave.

If the delivery slip or driver does not allow you to open the package for inspection before signing, you must carefully examine the box and note any damage, regardless of size. If you find any holes or damage to the box, set the damaged package aside for inspection by the carrier’s inspector and request a local contact number from the delivery person.

If you find any damage later, you are responsible for filing a claim. In this case, you must immediately contact the freight station for further instructions or call the shipping company's customer service for assistance.
