Shipping and Delivery Time
For custom dolls, it usually takes 30-35 business days to arrive in the United States and 40-45 business days to arrive in European countries. The shipping time is calculated from the date you confirm the factory photos of the doll with our customer service.

In addition, some dolls offer expedited air shipping options from China. It usually takes 8-15 business days to ship to the United States and 10-15 business days to ship to European countries (excluding customs clearance time). Please note that the courier costs are borne by the customer.

For dolls in stock in the United States, it usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive, except in special cases.

Before sending the package, we will take photos to confirm the completeness and accuracy of the product to the customer. We will only ship after receiving customer approval. A tracking number will be provided within 1-2 business days after approval.

Defective Items
If the outer box or outer packaging is severely damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and ask the courier for compensation.
If the doll is defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including pictures or videos of the defective parts. Depending on your problem, we will provide one of the following solutions:

If you find that the product you received is not the one you purchased, please email us a photo of the doll you received. We will check the pictures against your order to confirm whether they are correct. If the pictures confirm that it is the wrong item, we will send a replacement at our expense or refund in full. You can also keep the wrong item.

In order to get a free replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide proof of the wrong item. After 3 days, we will not arrange a replacement or refund.

7-Day Return Service

7-Day Return Service Conditions
1. Buyers must apply for a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Any request made after this period will be deemed invalid.

2. Customers who request a return within 7 calendar days will be charged a handling fee of 20% of the order amount, plus shipping and return shipping costs.

3. Buyers must ensure that the packaging is unopened, and if it has been opened, the sex doll and packaging must remain unused and undamaged. Doll returns that cannot be resold will be rejected.

3. The verification process requires buyers to take a video of the entire outer box, the original shipping label, and the inside of the box (if it has been opened) as proof of return. The video should be clear and smooth for the review team to check.

4. Buyers must ensure that the returned sex doll and related accessories (such as heating rods, wigs, clothes, combs, cleaning tools, user manuals, etc.) are intact, maintain their original quality and functions, and are free of damage, stains, use or any other conditions.
